Receptionist-AP-Payroll Clerk

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Reports to and works directly with the Business Office Manager As Receptionist/AP/Payroll clerk, you verify and enter invoices and payroll information. You report to the Business Office Manager. You Will: Input and code invoices approved by the administrator/executive director Onboard new employees and respond quickly to all employee payroll-related questions Verify completion of time records, resolve payroll issues, and process the twice-monthly payroll Direct individuals to the appropriate office, resident room, or area Answer the telephone promptly and direct calls appropriately Provide clerical support to all departments Work - Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Maintain strict confidentiality with personnel, residents, and management issues Payroll consists of accurately confirming employee hours for facility and reporting to corporate for processing. As well as, tracking down missing timecard entries. You Currently: Desire to make a difference Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
