The Role
You will be responsible for leading a crew to deliver top-tier installations. We specialize in custom, on-site builds rather than pre-assembled panels. You’ll be the "boots on the ground" leader ensuring every project meets our standards for durability and aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For
Mastery of Fence Construction: You must be proficient in stick-building wood fences and working with steel post systems.
Leadership: Experience managing a crew and keeping a job site organized and on schedule.
Quality First Mindset: You take pride in straight lines, level rails, and solid gates.
Logistics & Communication: Ability to manage truck inventory and coordinate with the office on project status.
Reliability: You show up ready to lead every single day.
