What You’ll Do:
🌿 Lead mowing crews for commercial and residential properties.
🌿 Ensure all mowing, trimming, and cleanup tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.
🌿 Promote a safe and productive work environment.
🌿 Train and guide crew members to meet quality expectations.
🌿 Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
What We’re Looking For:
🌟 Experience in lawn maintenance, specifically mowing.
🌟 Strong leadership and communication skills.
🌟 Reliable transportation to and from our South Lyon base.
🌟 Valid Driver’s License required.
🌟 Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a passion for outdoor work.
