You will proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products—such as auto, home, renters, commercial, liability, umbrella policies, life insurance, and supplemental health—to provide comprehensive coverage and enhance customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and timely policy supportConduct in-depth policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance productsCross-sell and upsell personal and commercial insurance products to maximize client protection and agency revenueCollaborate with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate competitive rates and coverage termsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and market trendsUtilize CRM and insurance management software to track client interactions and policy detailsMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to agency growth goalsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in commission or outbound sales, account management, or customer serviceLicensed or willing to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance License (State-specific licensing a plus)Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsGoal-oriented mindset with ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored insurance solutionsProficient in insurance software platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts efficientlySelf-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing excellent customer serviceBilingual in Spanish a plusAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in North Charleston.Our office is open M-F 9a-5p.I have been a State Farm agent since 2018.Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.We currently have 6 team members at our agency.We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, and Legion of HonorApply Now and Let Us Put You on the Path to SuccessState Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
