Job Description

Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant

Location:  Stevens Point, WI - Corporate Office 

Starting wage: $20.59 - $22.65 (wage commensurate with experience)

Skyward is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Department. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, managing reports and records, arranging travel, processing expenses, supporting customer communications, and providing day-to-day administrative support to our sales team.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Sales team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, events, seminars, and travel arrangements.
• Manage reports, spreadsheets, purchase orders, and department documentation.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare communications, marketing materials, and other sales support resources.
• Ensure accuracy through detailed recordkeeping, proofreading, and follow-through.

What you’ll need:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Customer-focused with strong professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
