Ranch Hand Quality Inspector

Overview Lippert is excited to announce moving the RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX. This role will initially be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026. Perform final inspections on all products to ensure product meets established specifications prior to shipment. Quality Inspector Fabrication - 1st shift Responsibilities Use gauges, coordinate measuring machines, scales, and vision to inspect products. Generate spreadsheets for data collection. Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments. Interact with department management, production, and other inspectors as needed. Daily communication with supervisors and operators on potential defects. Test incoming/outgoing materials. Send bad product back to production to be fixed before allowing product to be shipped out or used in production. Help pack products into shipping containers as needed. Maintain safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Work with Quality Supervisor and production team to develop more efficient processes and higher quality standards. Required Education and Experience Manufacturing/industry experience. Quality inspection experience. Experience using measuring instruments. Preferred Education and Experience 2 yr degree in a related field.
