Insolvency Associate

Position Overview Insolvency Associate Locations: Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Phoenix Minimum four years of experience preferred Responsibilities Handle creditors’ rights, commercial bankruptcy, workouts, and receiverships Manage judicial and equitable foreclosures and restructuring matters Oversee all aspects of litigation, including pre‑judgment relief and post‑judgment collections Perform significant in‑person hearing and trial appearances and related travel Collaborate primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit Qualifications Strong academic record Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team Superior judgment and ability to handle multiple projects under rapid deadlines Ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action Active bar license in the state where the office is located, or commitment to obtain one as soon as possible Proactive, dynamic, entrepreneurial, with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience Compensation & Benefits Colorado and Illinois: $225,000 to $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Application Process Submit a resume and law school transcript through the online application at EEO Statement EOE #LI-DNI #J-18808-Ljbffr Husch Blackwell LLP
