Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ growth as a dedicated School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. You will serve multiple campuses to deliver essential psychoeducational services, helping shape a positive learning environment for elementary—and potentially secondary—students.

In this onsite-only role, you’ll collaborate with staff and families to manage a caseload centered around evaluations, behavioral supports, FBAs, and BIPs. Counseling responsibilities are not included. Expect direct travel between campuses within the district during school hours, ensuring hands-on support wherever you’re assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas School Psychologist license (active and in good standing)
• Strong recent experience in a school-based setting
• Demonstrated expertise in conducting initial and reevaluations
• Knowledgeable in Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavioral Intervention Plans (FBAs and BIPs)
• Adept at managing multiple evaluations throughout the school year (approximately 85 annually)
• Adaptable, organized, and able to hit the ground running
• Reliable personal transportation to facilitate campus-to-campus travel

What You’ll Do

• Complete initial and reevaluations as assigned
• Provide behavioral support services following established district protocols
• Conduct FBAs and develop comprehensive BIPs
• Coordinate with faculty, special education staff, and families to ensure effective student support
• Travel between elementary (and possibly secondary) campuses, as assigned
• Maintain accurate records and timely evaluation reporting
