Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine driving and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sunday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, property policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or local contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other assigned areas to help control access, observe activity, and report security‑related concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations. Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining a visible presence, and providing courteous assistance with directions, questions, and/or general property‑related concerns. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
