Assistant Manager — Maggiano's Little Italy The Role As an Assistant Manager, you are the frontline leader who keeps the restaurant running smoothly — supporting the management team, energizing Teammates, and ensuring every Guest has a memorable experience. You’ll learn all aspects of the operation while building the skills to advance into larger leadership roles. This is where management careers begin at Maggiano's.
