Diabetes Nurse Educator: Empower Patient Self-Management

WK Medical Center in Shreveport, LA, seeks a Diabetes Nurse Educator (RN) to join our Nursing team. The role focuses on diabetes self-management education for patients in both classroom and one-on-one settings. You will develop individualized education plans, set goals, and create self-management support plans while educating clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to ADA guidelines.
