Senior Product Designer, Brand & Visual

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Brand & Visual based in the United States. We are looking for a highly creative Senior Product Designer with exceptional visual design skills to shape distinctive brand identities and deliver outstanding digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. In this hands-on role, you will divide your time between brand development and product design, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and creative teams. You will help establish a cohesive visual language through typography, color, motion, illustration, iconography, and refined interaction design. Your work will span customer-facing interfaces, marketing campaigns, launch assets, and experiences that make travel and hospitality more engaging. Brand Identity and Visual Language:

Help define and evolve a distinctive visual identity across digital products, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints. Establish consistent design principles that strengthen brand recognition and create a premium, cohesive experience. Product Design and User Experience:

Design intuitive, visually compelling customer-facing experiences for web and mobile applications, translating complex user needs into clear, accessible, and engaging interfaces. Motion, Illustration, and Iconography:

Develop distinctive motion graphics, illustrations, and icon systems that bring personality to the brand and product. Ensure visual assets are consistent, purposeful, and aligned with the overall design language. Marketing and Brand Creative:

Create high-quality visual assets for campaigns, advertisements, product launches, events, presentations, and other brand initiatives targeting travelers and property operators. End-to-End Design Execution:

Take ownership of design projects from initial concept and exploration through prototyping, refinement, and delivery. Remain closely involved in execution to ensure a high standard of visual quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product managers, engineers, and brand designers to align creative direction with business goals, technical requirements, and customer needs. Prototyping and Experimentation:

Professional Experience:

Demonstrated experience in senior-level product design, digital design, visual design, or a closely related discipline, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual execution and shipped digital products. Exceptional Visual Craft:

Outstanding skills in typography, composition, color theory, layout, and interaction design, with a meticulous approach to creating polished, sophisticated, and visually distinctive experiences. Motion and Illustration Expertise:

Significant expertise in either motion design or illustration, combined with strong capabilities in the other discipline. Ability to create original visual assets that add character and enhance the brand and product experience. Icon Design:

Proven ability to design clean, consistent, and cohesive icon sets that integrate naturally into a broader visual system. Product Design Experience:

Experience designing and shipping consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Brand and Product Integration:

Ability to balance brand expression with functional product design, maintaining visual consistency while adapting creative solutions to different customer journeys and business objectives. Prototyping and Design Tools:

Strong proficiency in Figma and experience developing interactive prototypes, testing concepts, and iterating quickly. Familiarity with tools such as Vercel and modern digital creation platforms is an advantage. AI and Emerging Technologies:

Enthusiasm for experimenting with AI-powered design tools, creative automation, and new technologies that improve the design process. Experience building custom tools or workflows is a plus. Attention to Detail:

A strong commitment to visual precision, design consistency, and high-quality execution, from overarching experience architecture to the smallest interface details. Collaboration and Communication:
