This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving the firm's continued growth while serving as a trusted advisor to a diverse client base.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor on complex tax matters.Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements across multiple industries.Review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, S corporations, trusts, and individuals.Develop and maintain long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand services.Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and community involvement.Mentor, develop, and coach tax managers, senior associates, and staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives, practice growth, staffing, and operational improvements.Research and interpret evolving tax laws and provide practical guidance to clients and internal teams.Collaborate with audit, advisory, and consulting professionals to deliver comprehensive client solutions.Ensure the highest standards of technical quality, client service, and risk management.QualificationsCPA required.12+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience.Previous experience as a Tax Partner, Principal, or Senior Tax Director/Managing Director ready to step into a partner role.Strong technical expertise in corporate, partnership, pass-through entity, and individual taxation.Experience leading and mentoring high-performing tax teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.What You'll ReceiveCompetitive partner compensation structure.Performance-based incentives and equity potential.Strong existing client base with opportunities for continued growth.Leadership role with significant influence on firm strategy and direction.Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture focused on long-term success. xhyhwjd Comprehensive benefits package, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.Flexible work environment with hybrid options available.
