Cloud Operations Specialist/Analyst–Level 3 The Cloud Operations Specialist/Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s cloud-based platforms, with a primary focus on the Microsoft365 ecosystem. This role ensures the reliability, security, and performance of cloud services by managing user access, endpoint devices, and identity solutions, while supporting a seamless technology experience for employees. Acting as a key operational resource, the individual will troubleshoot complex issues, maintain system health, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize service delivery. The position also plays a critical role in driving automation, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting compliance and governance initiatives across the cloud environment. Work Location: This will be a hybrid position out of our Vienna, VA, location. Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Platform Administration Administer and maintain the M365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform services Manage user provisioning, licensing, group policies, and permissions across the M365 environment Monitor service health, perform proactive maintenance, and implement platform updates and improvements Support SharePoint site architecture, intranet operations, and knowledge base maintenance Identity, Access & Endpoint Management Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including user lifecycle, conditional access policies, SSO configurations, and MFA enforcement Manage device lifecycle from procurement through deployment, configuration, and decommission using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines across Windows and mobile endpoints Coordinate hardware procurement, asset inventory, and vendor relationships for device supply chain Ensure endpoint security posture is aligned with organizational compliance and IT governance standards User Enablement & Support Operations Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for cloud platform and endpoint issues, resolving complex user-impacting problems efficiently Support employee onboarding technology experience including M365 provisioning, device setup, and application access Contribute to the maintenance of SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base documentation for all operational procedures Coordinate with external managed service vendors and technology partners on incident resolution and service delivery Track and report on service metrics, ticket trends, and operational performance Adopt and operationalize automation solutions deployed by the Technology Delivery team to streamline cloud operations workflows Identify manual, repetitive processes and elevate automation opportunities to the Solution Contribute to audit readiness, compliance documentation, and access reviews Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of certifications and 3-8 years of experience will be considered Qualifications: Administrator), SC-300(Identity & Access Administrator), or equivalent Experience with Microsoft Copilot deployment, governance, and adoption enablement Background in a staffing, consulting, or professional services environment Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Bullhorn, Paylocity, Costpoint, or similar business #J-18808-Ljbffr Take2 Consulting LLC
