Diesel Mechanic Opportunity
$3000 SIGN-ON BONUS
We're currently hiring a Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team! We're looking for an experienced candidate with a solid background in engine diagnostics and repair. Ford certification is a plus. This role involves completing repairs based on work orders and identifying additional issues during inspections.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately as outlined in repair orders
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to troubleshoot and test systems and components
- Inspect and repair systems such as engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension, steering, brakes, HVAC, and electrical
- Coordinate with service advisors to communicate findings and recommend additional services when necessary
- Complete all warranty and manufacturer-required repairs according to established guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on mechanic experience
- Previous experience working at a Ford dealership is a strong advantage
- Skilled in using diagnostic software and tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Good communication skills and basic computer literacy
- Professional, team-oriented, and dependable attitude
- Willingness to adapt to evolving technology and service procedure
- Must have a valid driver's license
