Biologics Production Technician

Location: Casa Grande, AZ – Biologics Production Facility
Employment Type: 10-Month W-2 Contract | No C2C
Pay Rate: $19.76–$21.76/hour | Weekly Pay
Overtime: Time and a Half for Hours Worked Over 40

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a Biologics Production Technician to support our client's biologics production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in a production environment while supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities.

In this role, you will assist with preparing buffers, stocking production supplies, and operating equipment within a biologics production facility. The position may be filled at levels 1 through 5 depending on experience and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare buffers and other materials needed to support biologics production activities.
• Stock and organize supplies to maintain production readiness.
• Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Support routine activities within the biologics production facility.
• Maintain an organized work environment and follow applicable production procedures.
• Assist the production team with additional operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing hands-on production tasks.
• Previous manufacturing, production, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related experience may be beneficial depending on the position level.

Contract Details

• Contract Length: 10 months
• Employment Type: W-2 contract only; no C2C
• Location: On-site at the client's biologics production facility
• Pay Rate: $19.76–$21.76 per hour
• Pay Schedule: Weekly
• Overtime: This is a non-exempt position. Hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at time and a half.
