HR Recruitment Coordinator

Position Summary The organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide recruiting support services. The role involves managing scheduling for interviews, guiding candidates through the process both onsite and virtually, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth interview experience. The position requires hybrid onsite attendance three days per week in McLean and involves representing the organization as a top employer. Key Responsibilities Provide recruiting support in accordance with the organization's processes, standards, and systems Coordinate Ad Hoc and Power day schedules for candidate interviews Serve as the primary contact for scheduling with candidates and internal staff Negotiate interview times and finalize schedules Guide candidates through onsite and virtual interview processes Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless interview execution Maintain strong relationships with recruiters, interviewers, and administrative professionals Manage confidential and privileged files responsibly Promote the organization as an employer of choice Oversee travel arrangements and related communications with candidates and travel partners Prepare materials, reports, and files for interviews and consensus meetings Required Qualifications Experience using Google Suite-Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience Ability to commute into the office Monday through Friday Preferred Qualifications Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-functional team Strong relationship-building skills with internal clients and hiring managers at all levels High attention to detail Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills High level of ownership, confidentiality, and flexibility Ability to adapt quickly to change Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills Willingness to embrace new systems and process improvements Advanced skills in Google G‑Suite Flexibility to work extended hours based on organizational needs Why This Opportunity May Be Appealing This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within a reputable organization.
