I’m a native Nevadan and have proudly called Elko home for over 20 years. I’ve been with State Farm since 2002 and opened my agency in 2008, building a strong presence in a community where neighbors truly support one another. Our agency has grown into a team of thirteen dedicated professionals who are knowledgeable, supportive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service every day. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shabonya Dutton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
