Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Occupational Therapist to enhance the well-being of residents within our senior living facilities. This position is based onsite and involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at improving the quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate residents' functional capabilities and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to foster independence and safety.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and care teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Educate families about care strategies and therapeutic processes.
- Maintain detailed documentation of care and progress.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in geriatric care is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
This role is performed in a senior living community, requiring interaction with residents, families, and staff on a daily basis.
