Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol in Albuquerque, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for staff, patients, and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.18 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 02:00 PMTue06:00 AM - 02:00 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:00 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:00 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate within a healthcare administrative location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping support a controlled environment for personnel and sensitive healthcare information. Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, and security-related activities. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
