As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will engage with employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document security-related activity using computer or tablet tools. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM DayTimeTue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM DayTimeWed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including production spaces, access points, parking areas, and the property perimeter. Monitor access to the location by observing personnel and visitor activity, verifying authorization as directed, and reporting unusual conditions. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
