Job Description As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.18 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon05:00 PM - 01:00 AMTue05:00 PM - 01:00 AMWed05:00 PM - 01:00 AMThur05:00 PM - 01:00 AMFri05:00 PM - 01:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established healthcare location protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
