Security Officer Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide professional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sat: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, government location policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
