Clinical Psychologist (PhD, PsyD) - Outpatient

Clinical Psychologist – Columbus, Ohio LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our behavioral health practice in the Columbus metro area, focusing on children and adolescents but open to adult clinicians. Responsibilities Provide evidence‑based mental health assessment, treatment, and care to clients. Deliver care via telemedicine and in‑person sessions. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory requirements. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case supervision. Qualifications Ph.D. or Psy.D. and fully licensed in Ohio. Experience caring for adults and/or children and adolescent populations. Strong clinical skills with a commitment to excellence. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range $111,000 – $152,000, productivity‑based model. Sign‑on and annual cash bonuses.
