• Location: Redmond, WA
• Compensation: $210,000–$230,000 annually, plus up to 20% performance‑based bonus
• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities Lead overall leadership and direction for all community operations, ensuring alignment with Emerald Communities’ mission, values, strategic priorities, and performance expectations. Build a high‑performing leadership team, foster collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence, and provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development. Enhance resident and employee experience by promoting a resident‑centered culture, maintaining visible presence, monitoring satisfaction, and creating action plans for improvement. Manage financial stewardship: develop annual operating and capital budgets, monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and make decisions that balance operational needs, resident experience, and financial sustainability. Lead strategic leadership activities, including execution of the community’s strategic plan, market trend analysis, and major change initiatives with stakeholder engagement. Serve as liaison with residents, families, community partners, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders. Participate in Emerald Communities leadership meetings, enterprise‑wide initiatives, and support enterprise‑wide financial priorities. Ensure safety, emergency preparedness, risk management, and quality improvement programs meet required standards. Perform other duties as assigned in support of Emerald Heights and Emerald Communities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, gerontology, public administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required or ability to obtain a Washington license within an organization‑established timeframe. Minimum seven (7) years of senior living operations experience; ten (10) years preferred, including executive leadership in a Life Plan Community or similar multi‑level campus. Demonstrated success leading complex operations (independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, support services). Proven experience managing large operational budgets, capital projects, and organizational resources.
