You'll provide vital OT services for approximately 8–10 hours per week, working closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to enhance engagement, independence, and participation in the academic setting. Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and effectively prioritize tasks
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and fostering an inclusive environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify their strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into classroom routines
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Maintain clear and timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
