Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Hartford, CT | 2nd & 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday | $30–$36/hr
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a direct-hire opportunity in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Full-time, direct-hire position

Direct-hire position with the company
Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on industrial machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs.
Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, bearings, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
Identify equipment problems and make adjustments or part replacements as needed.
Help minimize equipment downtime and keep production running efficiently.
Follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
Work with production personnel to quickly resolve equipment issues.
Qualifications
Previous experience in industrial maintenance or as a maintenance mechanic.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, bearings, and industrial machinery.
Comfortable using common maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to read mechanical drawings or equipment documentation.
Strong attention to safety and ability to work independently.
You should be proficient in:
