About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer , you'll serve as a strategic sourcing expert focused on identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying top-tier talent across technical and business functions. You'll leverage advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and relationship-building skills to attract highly sought-after candidates, including engineering professionals and cleared talent.

Position: Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract)
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate starting at : $40.00 per hour

Please note: This role is focused on sourcing talent. Recruiter-only backgrounds will not be considered unless accompanied by significant sourcing experience.

What You'll Do
Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business hiring objectives.
• Analyze labor market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity to support hiring decisions.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build targeted talent pipelines.
• Deliver talent market insights and sourcing data to stakeholders and leadership.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Source passive and active candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.
• Utilize platforms such as:
  
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • HireEZ
  • SeekOut
  • Juicebox
  • ClearanceJobs
  • Indeed
  • Professional networking sites
  • Niche job boards
• Conduct advanced Boolean and X-Ray searches to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent communities for current and future hiring needs.
• Attract and engage candidates with active security clearances.

Candidate Engagement & Assessment

• Conduct phone screens and candidate assessments.
• Evaluate candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment.
• Develop positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Pre-close qualified candidates to improve offer acceptance rates.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Events & Brand Promotion

• Support virtual and in-person recruiting initiatives.
• Participate in targeted recruiting campaigns, networking events, and career fairs.
• Promote employment branding through social media and professional networking channels.

Data & Process Excellence

• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within CRM and ATS systems.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Track sourcing metrics and provide actionable insights to leaders and hiring teams.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong experience sourcing passive talent using:
  
  • LinkedIn Recruiter
  • HireEZ
  • SeekOut
  • Juicebox
• Demonstrated success sourcing technical talent across disciplines such as:
  
  • Systems Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Aerospace Engineering
• Experience sourcing business, operations, production, and supply chain professionals
• Previous experience sourcing cleared candidates and understanding security clearance requirements
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens and qualification assessments
• Strong research, networking, and talent-mapping abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
• This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments
• Aerospace and Defense industry sourcing or recruiting experience
• Knowledge of government contracting and cleared hiring processes
• Experience supporting high-volume and hard-to-fill requisitions
• Strong understanding of talent market analytics and workforce planning strategies
