Technical Sourcer

Job Description We are seeking experienced Build Operations Sourcers to support a fast-growing hiring organization focused on construction, field operations, skilled trades, and design-build talent. This role is heavily sourcing-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys building talent pipelines, engaging candidates, and generating candidate flow for high-volume hiring needs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly understand hiring requirements, execute sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates to recruiting partners. Key Responsibilities Build pipelines of qualified candidates across construction, field operations, skilled trades, project management, superintendent, engineering, and related Build Operations positions. Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other talent channels. Generate and engage both passive and active candidate pipelines. Execute high-volume outreach campaigns to attract qualified talent. Schedule candidate conversations with recruiters and hiring teams. Maintain talent pipeline health and candidate tracking within the ATS. Partner closely with recruiters to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities. Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools and other recruiting technologies to identify talent. Experience sourcing within construction, skilled trades, field operations, manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments preferred. Strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing experience. Proven ability to build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
