Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Bright Horizon, you will perform the following key responsibilities:

• Utilize a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client contexts to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards, to ensure client confidentiality and the integrity of their treatment.

• Engage in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Participate regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings that aim to continually improve the level of care provided and share best practices among the team.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field to enhance your clinical practice and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n
