Job Description
The Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Department by managing workflow and ensuring smooth communication between clients and field employees. This full-time position, based in the office Monday through Friday, involves coordinating service activities, handling customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate efficient service operations within a medium-sized team.
Responsibilities
- Assist Service Department Account Manager in coordinating department workflow
- Manage customer communications via phone calls and emails, focusing on leak reports
- Enter and maintain accurate information in the company database
- Schedule service calls and coordinate with clients and Windward Roofing field employees
- Review and approve field work orders
- Process service call invoices efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- Strong data entry skills
