Here's what you'll do during a typical day: - Support department initiatives: Coordinate projects and activities for the Banquets, Culinary, and Restaurants teams - Facilitate cohesive communication: Maintain clear and effective communication across all departments to support collaboration and efficiency - Provide exceptional service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from guests and team members - Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as writing correspondence, managing purchase requests, data entry, and filing to support department operations - Assist with personnel activities: Support department leaders in new hire onboarding, payroll management, and time-off requests |What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
