Business Analyst

Our client, a global leader in building technologies and smart building solutions , is seeking an L&D Business Analyst to join their team. As an L&D Business Analyst , you will be part of the Learning & Development Organization supporting L&D, Technology, Operations, and LMS Vendor Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: L&D Business Analyst
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range: $60hr

What’s the Job?

• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes related to LMS transformation initiatives.
• Analyze workflows and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Develop and execute Functional Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure successful LMS implementation and adoption.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) or comparable enterprise software platforms.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business process documentation, and process mapping.
• Experience with Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
