We’re Hiring: Full-Time - Construction Technician

What We’re Looking For:  

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to learn new skills and grow in your role
• Interest in restoration, construction, or a related field (Preferred)
• IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)

  What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
• Light Demo: Remove non-structural elements like drywall, flooring, and fixtures 
• Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

The Details:  

• Pay : $20–$25/hr + on-call bonuses ($50–$200/job depending on type) 
• Schedule : Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
