Base pay range $40.00/hr - $46.00/hr Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. PeopleSoft required. Responsibilities Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Perform account reconciliation for payroll-related accounts, resolving discrepancies as needed. Assist with accounts receivable functions related to payroll deductions and contributions. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to manage employee benefits and tax information. Handle data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all payroll-related documentation. Support tax-related functions, including preparation of necessary forms and filings. Skills Bachelor's degree is required and payroll experience in PeopleSoft Knowledge of Human Resources practices related to payroll management. Experience with data entry tasks, demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
