Receptionist (Weekends Required)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Receptionist to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center. As a valued member of our front desk team, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for our residents, families, and visitors. Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt and attentive service Manage incoming and outgoing mail, messages, and packages Utilize computerized systems to track and maintain accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and communications Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and performing other administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, lobby, and surrounding spaces Provide basic assistance to residents and families, such as escorting them to their appointments or providing general information about the facility Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery About the Receptionist Role: As a Receptionist at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents.
