Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area, responsible for overseeing daily operations across plumbing and air conditioning services. This role manages field technicians and office staff, sets performance goals, and ensures efficient scheduling, dispatch, and completion of service calls. The General Manager monitors job quality, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance, while optimizing workflows, inventory, and vendor relationships. This position also oversees budgeting, reporting, and revenue targets, implements process improvements, and supports hiring, training, and performance reviews. The General Manager collaborates with ownership to develop growth strategies, maintain high service standards, and uphold company values.
Qualifications

• Experience in operations or general management within home services, HVAC, plumbing, or related trades.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams, providing coaching, and managing performance.
• Proficiency in scheduling, dispatch, and workflow coordination for field service operations.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and make data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, technicians, and office staff.
• Knowledge of plumbing and/or air conditioning service environments, safety standards, and regulatory considerations.
• Comfort with using service management software, CRM tools, and basic office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle urgent service issues and customer escalations calmly.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
