Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities throughout Ventura County and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business leaders
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM and sales tracking tools
- Present staffing and workforce solutions tailored to client needs
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and service agreements
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure exceptional client service and successful placements
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Represent Express Employment Professionals at networking events, business associations, and community functions
- Proven experience in business development, outside sales, account management, or lead generation
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce solutions, or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required
- Base Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually
