Technical Learning Designer and Facilitator

Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator Turn complicated systems into learning that makes sense. EverTrue is looking for a Technical Learning Designer & Facilitator who can take complex systems and processes and explain them in a way that is clear, practical, and easy for adult learners to understand. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both building great training and delivering it . You’ll design engaging learning experiences, lead training for employees and leaders, and help teams successfully adopt technology and new processes. What You’ll Do Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand training Translate complex systems and processes into simple, learner-friendly training Develop training for systems including UKG and Workday Create job aids, guides, microlearning, and other practical resources Facilitate onboarding, system training, and professional development programs Partner with HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and other teams on training and system rollouts Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve the learning experience What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, HR, or related field 4+ years of instructional design, technical training, or learning facilitation experience Hands-on experience with UKG and Workday strongly preferred Strong understanding of adult learning principles Ability to take technical information and break it down into plain language Confident, engaging facilitator who can connect with a variety of audiences Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills Why EverTrue?
