We provide customized security solutions and offer opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement. We are looking for dependable problem solvers to serve as Flex Security Officers. Flex officers support multiple locations as needed and are available for any of the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Responsibilities Available for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. Rover: Foot or vehicle patrols to detect suspicious behavior and prevent vandalism, theft, or other criminal activity. Gatehouse: Greet truck drivers and guests, check identification, log visitor vehicles, control access, and announce visitors. Front Desk: Greet guests courteously, provide customer service, control access, monitor CCTV, distribute packages, and announce visitors. Device Check: Scan tags on approved employee devices, verify IMEI against documentation. North Dock: Monitor trash dump, open and close dock doors, track outbound trucks, count inbound pallets, and monitor special projects during peak season. South Dock: Count inbound pallets, monitor special projects, handle email communication, log truck information, and manage dock doors. Metal Detector: Inspect devices, ensure only approved items pass the x‑ray, and prevent prohibited items from entering the building. Tracker: Track all high‑value loads using computer software. Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Available for on‑call roles and flexible shift support. Morning, mid‑day, overnight, and weekend availability. 2 shifts, 4‑5 days a week required for North Houston locations. High school degree or equivalent. Non‑commissioned security license required. Professional demeanor and appearance. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum one year of customer service experience. Minimum one year of security experience. Pass pre‑employment background and drug screening. Ability to perform physical tasks such as crawling, crouching, climbing stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Client‑facing professional demeanor suitable for Class A buildings. Candidates living within 10‑15 miles of 77064 preferred.
