What You'll Do:

• Lead and support crew members through busy shifts with energy and positivity
• Always ensure excellent customer service and food quality
• Manage shift operations, including labor and food costs, cleanliness, and organization
• Motivate and develop team members through coaching and example
• Communicate effectively with the management team to achieve business goals

What We're Looking For:

• Prior leadership or management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality a plus)
• Strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire a team
• A desire to grow professionally in a supportive and structured environment
• Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekdays, nights, and weekends
