Responsibilities Check‑in Warmly greet and check in patients Verify and update patient information Manage patient flow and communicate with the clinical team Answer phones and schedule appointments Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience Check‑out Verify insurance eligibility and benefits Collect co‑pays, deductibles and balances Schedule follow‑appointments What We're Looking For Medical office experience required – eyecare experience is a plus Professional, punctual, and reliable Excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills Ability to keep up in a fast‑paced environment You will enjoy working in a positive and supportive environment Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
