Associate Account Director

Associate Director, Business Innovations | CourtAvenue | Minneapolis We're looking for a commerce-obsessed AD who wants to be in the room where things actually happen: walking the halls of a major client's office, building real relationships, and leading work they're genuinely proud of. This is a client-facing leadership role on a high-visibility commerce account. You'll partner with a Group Director on integrated programs spanning digital, ecommerce, retail, shopper, and in-store. You'll own client relationships, guide a cross-functional team, and grow into the kind of strategic operator who can run a book of business independently. What we're looking for: 8+ years in digital, creative, media, or consulting Real commerce chops: UX/UI, content management, shopper marketing Someone who shows up, builds trust in person, and moves fast without losing the details A communicator who can work across levels: internal teams, Sr. Brand Managers, VP/EVPs The role is hybrid, based in Minneapolis. You’ll be on‑site with the client regularly, in our Minneapolis office mid-week, and remote on Mondays and Fridays.
