Fast Horse, an award-winning, creative communications agency, is seeking a talented, social media-loving visionary who is an incessant cultural sponge and non-stop creative thinker. You turn emerging trends into game-changing creative opportunities that get attention and engagement—all harnessing the power of owned social media across existing channels and evolving ones.

You bring contagious optimism to any assignment and are never short on bringing disruptive ideas to the table—and inspire others to do the same. You excel at blank-slate ideating, building off team ideas and spotting current trends, quickly turning them into above-the-bar creative content. You can lead the team's creative vision and thrive when creative briefs are more in tune with the ever-changing internet and cultural trends than classic marketing case studies. Your creativity extends beyond the office and you have a natural inclination to bring your non-stop curiosity to life through social content.

Egoless and collaborative, your leadership approach meshes well with all types of disciplines—from team members and internal agency disciplines to clients and in-house agency partners. No matter who is around the table, you lean in and are comfortable architecting ideas that drive results for our clients. What's more, you can confidently and successfully communicate them to the room. Resilience to crack the toughest creative codes is a must.

Other experiences that are a plus:

• Recognition from award shows is great. Work that has generated massive cultural talk or social value, even better.
• 5-8+ years experience in a creative-driven environment.
• A portfolio or background that demonstrates versatility across a number of industries; with an emphasis on social media.
• An appreciation for craft—be it PR, storytelling, copy, art or more. Or all of the above.
• Experience at a creative, media or PR agency/in-house agency. Or similar.
