Job Summary

Fold Room is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant (Wash & Fold Specialist) to join our growing team. This role focuses on sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging customer orders with speed, accuracy, and care.  You’ll be responsible for maintaining our quality standards, keeping the workspace clean and organized, and following clear, repeatable systems designed for efficiency. This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where consistency and attention to detail matter.

The goal is simple : deliver a premium, perfectly folded product every time.

• Experience in laundry, cleaning, or a similar role is helpful, but not required
• Able to work independently and stay focused throughout your shift
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work at a steady, fast pace without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and able to work well with a team
• Weekend availability is required
  
  

Responsibilities

• Fold laundry neatly and consistently to our quality standards
• Sort, wash, dry, and package customer orders with care
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient
• Monitor machines and notify management of any maintenance concerns
• Help keep supplies stocked (detergent, bags, hangers, etc.)
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Support team members during busy periods
• Comply with all state and local health and safety regulations

Schedule Requirements

This is a part-time position. FOLD ROOM operates seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Team members must have weekend availability and be able to work a flexible part-time schedule based on business needs.
