Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience

• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently

• Manage daily schedule and confirm upcoming appointments

• Verify dental insurance and explain basic benefits to patients

• Check patients in and out, collect payments, and process transactions

• Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software

• Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of dental front desk experience REQUIRED
  
  
• Experience with Open Dental software PREFERRED.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and terminology

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PPO and Husky insurance plans

• Bilingual (Spanish)
