Receptionist - Bilingual (Spanish)

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our office. This role is essential for maintaining a polished professional image and ensuring efficient communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy multitasker who can fluently assist both English and Spanish-speaking callers and visitors, managing the flow of the front office with poise and accuracy.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and welcoming greeting to all patients and visitors in both English and Spanish.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries in both languages
• Screen and forward a high volume of telephone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Maintain accurate and organized records
• Provide general administrative support as needed
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
