Job Description Our client is a fast-growing start-up operating in the immigration law space, focused on helping extraordinary individuals and organizations navigate complex visa processes. They are seeking a highly motivated Immigration Attorney with specialized expertise in EB-1 and O-1 visas. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates based in Arizona. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a start-up environment, bringing both legal acumen and adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving practice. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert legal counsel on EB-1 and O-1 visa petitions, including strategy development and case preparation. Draft and review petitions, supporting documentation, and client communications with precision and clarity. Advise clients (individuals and organizations) on eligibility, requirements, and best practices for successful filings. Collaborate with team members across operations, marketing, and client services to ensure seamless case management. Stay current with immigration law updates, USCIS policy changes, and evolving adjudication trends.
