Your Contributions What You Will Achieve

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testscovering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and preparation when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new staff or students, and uphold laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, in addition to preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
