Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, ensuring inclusion of pre-crisis and crisis interventions tailored to their unique needs.

• Document all clinical interactions and manage case records in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of practice.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to inform treatment strategies and collaborate effectively with team members to craft and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, fulfilling responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

• Facilitate strong communication channels with local, state, and federal agencies, advocating for clients and collaborating to improve service delivery.

• Identify opportunities for building partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to promote our programs and enhance service networks.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and other educational opportunities to stay current in the field.

• Promote and embody the values and mission of Arc Zone Resilient Life Counseling LLC in daily interactions with clients and team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Arc Zone will engage with a diverse array of clients including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, those facing substance use disorders, and others requiring support due to developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Your role will focus on fostering empowerment and resilience within this varied patient population, delivering personalized care that respects their unique journeys and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
